{I started writing this post the day before I had Riley, I decided to finish it now!}
Noah is at such a fun stage stage right now, I just want to bottle him up and keep him like this forever. I never want to forget the way he is right now. He is so so funny. And I just love watching his imagination grow. It is amazing to watch him play and to see the things he comes up with. I love watching him learn new things every day. Seriously, toddlers are amazing. I love his little language he has, that usually only I can understand. He loves singing and dancing. His fave movies right now are The Lion King and The Muppets. He is so sweet, if I am crying or hurting, he instantly comes over and hugs me, kisses me, and pats me on the back saying "Shhh. Shhh." Adorable. I often joke to Trev, that our 2 year old shows more emotion and comforts me more than he does! Haha. I love Noah's innocence. He doesn't ever do things maliciously, and he doesn't understand embarrassment.. the most amazing thing to me is how quickly and easily he forgives. He is incapable of holding a grudge. I can be so irritated and grumpy with him or lose my temper too fast, and within 3 seconds he is kissing me or playing like nothing ever happened. I think if I had done something like that to Trev or Trev had gotten mad at me so quickly over something so stupid, how differently we would have reacted. I am the queen of holding grudges so I am learning so much from Noah. It's like the only thing he understands is love... and at his age he only knows and cares about the important things and people in his life. And he holds them close. Oh I just love this age. Even with the tantrums, the sass he gives us, the like monthly change of schedules (sleeping, eating, movies/toys he likes).. this is so much fun and it gets better every day. Trevor and I don't know how to function properly without Noah kicking us to the very edge the our king size bed, or without tripping on his toys everywhere! Ha. He is our life and I am so thankful to call him our son.

Noah and Bela :) |
Noah's vocabulary grows more every day! He will repeat everything we say.. Hopefully that's a good thing. :)He loves playing with the kids in our neighborhood, his favorite thing lately is swimming in our pool with the neighbor kids. I love our neighborhood, we have such good kiddos around! Noah entertains himself so well, I am so amazed with how easy he has been since having Riley. If he isn't kissing and loving on his little brother, he is just playing his heart out! I love this age, he is discovering so so much. I am getting stuff ready to start some preschool activities with him, I wanna take advantage of the little sponge that he is right now! One other thing we are working on right now (kinda been a year long continuing forever thing...) is potty training! It is slow going, but I am DONE with diapers for Noah. We are now bribing him with new cars every time he goes. It seems to be working a little bit because he has been sitting on the potty several times a day! Big improvement from the last few months! Wish us luck in a successful try this time!
