Things I Have Learned In The Last 6 Months

-Babies grow up WAY too fast.
-Skype is a miracle.
-Messy, sloppy kissed from my 18 month old are the very best kind.
-Distance makes the heart grow fonder. <3
-Handwritten letters are the best thing to get.
-I am totally okay with taking my child out of the house with a messy face and only a diaper on. Ha.
-Elmo, Thomas, and Yo Gabba Gabba are my saving grace most days.
-Being nice gets you further in life..... but saying it how it is sure makes you feel better. :)
-It's all about your attitude. Fake it til you make it.
-Everything gets easier with time.... even missing my husband.
-I love having a smart phone. And I am addicted to FB.
-Being able to fohawk Noah's hair makes be more happy than it probably should.
-Toddlers literally change and learn new things every day.
-I love my life, but I am excited to move on to the next step.
-I think fake grass is the greatest invention. No watering or mowing, just pretty green lawn all year round.
-Sometimes it is better to say nothing at all. {'Say it best, just think the rest.' is my new motto.}
**one fantastic little test for speaking up or keeping it to yourself: is it nice? is it necessary? is it true?** yet another quote to help me remember what is the best way to react when I am feeling hurt or upset.
