Okay! Time for an update....... let's start with Nov. 2009.
We celebrat ed Thanksgiving at my house in holbrook this year. it was really different and hard because my grandma julie was sick in the hospital so my mom couldnt be with us. it was a good time anyways. it's always good to be with family during these hard times. it was my dad, teesh, me, trev, and nanny. my mom was with us for a few hours in the morning. Anyways, my wonderful Grandma passed away the day after thanksgiving. i wasnt able to go visit her at the hospital becasue she was in icu and its not safe for the baby to go. i miss her everyday. she wanted to meet this baby of mine so bad, i know she is up in heaven with him right now (teaching him only good things i hope) her funeral was the next week and i got to see all my uncles at one time! i dont remember the last time they were all together. my gramma was so wonderful and i miss her very much. there are so many days i just want to call her and hear her funny stories or get her advice.. MISS YOU GRAMMA!

ChRiStMaS 2009
i love christmastime. i start decorating the day after thanksgving. my dad cut us a real tree so that made everything perfect! Trev and I both had to work christmas eve :( BIG bummer we had to miss my family's christmas party. i was pretty much in tears about it all night. after we got off work trev, jade, and i loaded up the car and headed to rexburg. it was good to spend the holiday with trevor's family. trev and i spoiled each other since it's our last christmas we will be able to do that! he got me a wii fit! and a whole bunch of other great things. the gift i think he loved the most from me was the game of life, we played all day! haha. i am so grateful to have him and for the love that we share. marriage is definitely give and take and i really learned that during the month of december. its all about compromise. :) i love trev. anyways, the day after christmas we drove down to holbrook and spent the day with my family. it was so fun, but way too short and rushed for my liking (we could only be there for about 5 hours because we had to go back to work). my parents got a video camera :) we are so excited to use it when the baby comes! it is so perfect. we also got to visit with my cousin and her family, its so nice to see them this time of year!














Well after the hype of Christmas is over, it's time for a NEW YEAR! new years is a special time of year for us because jan. 1st is trevor's birthday! :) We didn't do too much on new years eve because we both had to work. but luckily we got out before midnight so we still got to celebrate! we just hung out at home and ate snacks played some board games and watched the ball drop. Trev opened his gifts from me right after midnight. :) we got him a really nice camera as a christmas/birthday gift... and so far he LOVES it! he also got a few little things.. a hoodie, some movies... you know! we had a pretty relaxed day at home. we wanted to go to salt lake but it was a snowy day and we thought it would be too dangerous to drive. i do love spending time at home with trev! i took pics but i havent uploaded them to the computer yet so that will have to wait for another day!
BABY TALK. ok. so about this baby. he is growing more and more every day, making it very uncomfortable for mom to sleep, eat, move... but it is so amazing. we are in the home stretch now. just about 20 days! it is such a miracle to feel him move and stretch inside me. i love when trev can feel him too. he will be such a great dad. i dont know how we would survive without my parents! they are such a blessing to trev and i. they gave us an amazing crib/everything else. :) (pics will be up as soon as the nursery is finished) our baby is so loved already. he is one lucky boy! my aunts, teesh, jade, and my mom threw me a baby shower last weekend and we came home with quite the haul. i am so grateful so my family and friends-they are truly amazing! Thank you so very much for making sure my baby has the best start in life! trevor's family (mom, sister, aunts cousins, grandma) all came down for the shower and it was so nice to visit with them! i am so happy for the love and support they give to trev and me.
my dr says the baby is doing good and growing perfectly on track so thats great to hear! we have a little less than 3 weeks to go... :) scary! but we are so excited! i cant wait to sleep on my belly again! (and so many other things i never thought i would miss) woo hoo! i hope that im a good mom and that trev and i will be great parents for our little one. a friend or mine wrote me a card and it said, "i know you will be a great mom, you had the BEST teacher!" and that is so true. my mom is the most amazing person/mom/friend/wife/teacher/everything! she is my hero and always has been. i am so lucky to have her as a mom. my baby boy is incredibly lucky to have her as a grandma. if trev and i can be half the parents my parents are- we will be just fine! speaking of my dad, he is obsessed with camo, and thinks our baby needs to have camo everything! haha he found this whole camo baby pack and got it for the baby. its so funny. ive never seen my dad so excited for anything. lol. my mom and dad are the absolute BEST! i love them so much! I have some pics to post of my belly but i cant get them to download right now. :(
